Maxvois works in your browser on any device. If you prefer an app, the Maxvois Android app is available for mobile use, with Google Play. iOS is currently in development.

Yes. You can use Maxvois from your phone's browser, or use the Android app for a more app-like mobile experience. Quick Sales is designed for fast, one-handed use at the counter.

The Maxvois iOS app is currently in development, and we don't have a release date yet. In the meantime, you can use Maxvois through Safari on your iPhone.

Quotations on every plan. Pro adds Invoices, Receipts (generated from payments you record on an invoice), Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders. ProMax adds Diagnostic Reports with photo evidence. A quotation converts to an invoice in one step, keeping the customer, items and tax.

Download a PDF, share on WhatsApp, or send by email from the document. Email works on every plan, and Pro adds branded email styles. Everything you send by email is listed under Messages → Sent. Need a signature? SecureSign (ProMax) lets you upload a PDF, mark where the customer signs, and send a secure link with a one-time PIN. You keep an audit trail.

Documents download as PDF and can be printed from your browser or the Android app. Reports export to PDF or CSV (Pro). Quick Sale receipts can be printed on 58mm and 80mm thermal printers or A4 paper, including Bluetooth printing from Android.

Yes. Upload your logo once in Business Settings and it appears on every document. Pick a look in MyGallery: Free includes a starter set of themes, and Pro unlocks the full collection plus Panorama, the visual template editor.

Panorama+ is for businesses that want a visual identity of their own. You describe your style and send a set of document mockups: a Master Background plus Quotation, Invoice, Receipt, Purchase Order, Delivery Order and Report. Our team reviews them and builds them into working Maxvois templates made only for your business, which you can then use in MyGallery. It is included with ProMax, with a fair-use limit. On Pro you can try it once: 7 days or 3 submissions, whichever comes first.

Available on Pro. Ring up walk-in sales in seconds, with or without a saved customer, choose the payment method, and share or print the receipt. Maxvois records how the customer paid; it doesn't process the payment. In the Android app you can keep selling without a signal, and sales sync when you're back online.

Available on every plan. Keep tasks and appointments by date and time, optionally linked to a customer, under Today, Upcoming and Calendar. Set a reminder and the Android app notifies you. From a planned appointment you can create a quotation for that customer.

Available on Pro. Record what your business spends under Business, and your own private spending under Personal: personal expenses are visible only to you. Add the amount, tax, category and supplier, line items and photos of the receipts, then search, filter and download a spreadsheet (.xlsx) together with a ZIP of the receipt photos. With ProMax you can give teammates access to company expenses and choose what each of them can see and do. Deleting an expense also permanently deletes its receipt photos.

Business Page (Pro) is a simple public page for your business with your information, products, services, photos and contact details. It has a "Request a Quotation" form that visitors can use without an account, and you can share the link or QR code. Requests arrive in Messages, where you can turn one into a quotation. My Network keeps your contacts (customers, suppliers, partners) and lets you follow other Maxvois businesses.

Yes, on ProMax. The owner invites teammates by email, up to 5 seats including you, and each person logs in with their own account. Teammates work in the same business with the same access to customers, documents, Planner and inventory, and you choose what each one can see and do with company expenses. Business settings, your subscription and team management stay with the owner. If the subscription leaves ProMax, teammates lose access. Free and Pro run on a single owner login.

Yes — every new business gets a 7-day trial with full Pro access, no credit card required.

Your account moves to the Free plan automatically and nothing is deleted. Invoices, Receipts, Quick Sales, Purchase and Delivery Orders, Reports, Suppliers and other Pro features pause until you upgrade. Quotations, Customers, Products and Planner stay available, and expenses you have already recorded stay viewable and exportable.

Anytime from the Subscription page, to Pro or ProMax, with no need to decide on day one. Only need it for a few days? Short-term Pro access (1, 4 or 7 days) is a one-time payment with no renewal. ProMax-only features are not included.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page (Cancel Subscription). Your access remains active until the end of your current paid period. Cancelling stops the next renewal, so you will not be charged again. Changed your mind? Choose Resume Subscription before the period ends. When it ends your account moves to the Free plan and nothing is deleted. If you were on ProMax, teammates lose access. Short-term access packages are one-time payments, so there is nothing to cancel.
